The 1st of 8 points races for 2026 takes place on 9th May. With 8 races possible the best 5 results count overall. The first start is at 10:45 from the ? line, and the finish ?.

The 1st offshore race for 2026 takes place on 22nd May. This is the Mercator Race from Harwich to Oostende. The start is at  07:00 at the Beacon Hill line. 

Please Note: This is a category 3 race with liferaft, and will require an AIS transponder.

The 2nd points race of 2026 will be on 13th June. The start will again be on the ? line and it should finish ?.

The 3rd points race of 2026 will be on 14th June. The start will be on the ? line and it should finish ?.

The Stroombank Race. The 2nd offshore race for 2026 takes place on 20th June. The start is at 09:00 from Beacon Hill. This is a passage race to Burnham-on-Crouch, and will be raced under Category 4. There will be a prizegiving dinner arranged all being well.

The 3rd Offshore Race of the season is the Cork Sand Race. The start is at 0900 from Beacon Hill, and the finish will be on the Shotley Sailing Club line. The Offshore series comprises 4 races, with 3 to count for overall prizes.

The 4th points race takes place on 11th July.

The 5th & 6th of 8 points races for 2026 takes place on 25th & 26th July within the HCCS Regatta. The first race of Saturday will count for HCCS points 5. The start will be at the Beacon Hill line at 10.45 for the first fleet. The second race that day will be finishing on the HPYC line to transport you to the evening party venue.

Points race 6 is on the second day of the HCCS Regatta, 26th July. The start will be in Dovercourt Bay with the first fleet off at 10:45 (TBC). There will possibly be three short races with the resulting mini series providing the places for points 6. There will then be a prizegiving in the Alma Harwich after racing!

The 4th offshore race - the Britannia Race - takes place on 15th August 2026. This is a passage race to Lowestoft.

The start is at 09:00 from Wadgate Ledge, and it is raced under Category 4.

Berthing will be at The Royal Norfolk and Suffolk YC, with a dinner at the RN&SYC.

Some EAORA boats may join us for this event.

The 7th points races for 2026 takes place on 5th September and will be part of the Pin Mill Regatta..

The start will be the HPYC line at 10:45 and the race is expected to finish there or at Pin Mill.

The 8th and final points race for 2026 takes place on the 26th September.

The first start is at 10:45 from the ? line.
